Join Razak as she details her experience with her toxic marriage with a religious fanatics, a meddling mother in law, dealing with depression but finally rising above it all to begin on the path to a new life with her children and with hope that the future will only get better.

Born in Nigeria in the early 1970s, Abbey Razak attended FGGC Sagamu and went on to study at the renowned Ahmadu Bello University Zaria where she majored in Goegraphy.
After spending two years in Zaria, she relocated to the UK to continue with her education at the University of Kent, graduating with a degree in Accounting and Finance. She met former husband in 1999 while she was in School.
Fast forward Twenty years – with five kids and varied life experiences, Abbey now seeks to assist women in the same circumstances she experienced while she was married.
She presently runs “Her Centre”, a government-funded charity organisation aiming to tackle
domestic violence as well as undo its attendant physical and emotional scars.
